About the role
As a Lead Developer, you take shared ownership of the technical quality and delivery of our client projects. You translate ideas and challenges into robust solutions, guide your team through development and take responsibility for what goes live.
Together with a Digital Project Manager, our Head of Engineering, designers and strategists, you turn ideas into scalable digital products.
You don't just deliver software.
You build it. You run it. You care about it.
You have the freedom to shape your role, stay up to date with relevant technologies and deepen your expertise in the direction you choose, with our support.
About you
You're comfortable with responsibility and complexity. You can set priorities, connect the dots and explain technical choices clearly. You're open to difficult conversations because they lead to better collaboration and stronger results.
You bring:
(TypeScript, Node.js, React/Angular, NestJS, Docker, PostgreSQL, REST/GraphQL)
Curiosity, ownership and willingness to learn matter most to us.
