What does your work look like?

You are active at various clients and work together with your colleagues on various problems. You are involved early on in a customer process to include your ideas in the solution we want to offer the customer. A selection of your activities;

• Understand how we can best help the customer. What is the core of their puzzle and what solutions can we offer?
• Thinking, feeling and doing to guide or initiate the change processes.
• Thinking out of the box and creative solutions - think of all kinds of interventions, workshops and training courses.
• Coaching clients to guide them in a new role or with a new working method.

And how do you do this? You decide that together with the customer; you are responsible for filling in your day. So whether you start at 8 am or 10 am, whether you work in the office, at the client or at home, it is completely up to you.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for people who:

• keep us sharp and challenge us to keep improving
• enjoy taking groups in tow
• love freedom and work with responsibility for results
• have an affinity with product development and disciplines such as requirements engineering, business analysis, (lean) systems engineering and scaled agile working methods.

And in your luggage you have:

• University thinking and working level, technical study has a pre
• experience in developing technological products in complex environments
• experience with consultancy and change processes
• knowledge of 1 or more of the areas of expertise, or the will to develop and certify yourself in this area
• good communication skills from E-level to operational working level.
• good command of the Dutch and English language.
