About the role

As a Junior Ecert Functional Consultant , you support the daily continuity and improvement of Kiwa's core certification platform, Ecert , and its interaction with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO).

This role is all about learning, growing, and contributing to a safer and more sustainable world.

What You Will Do

As a junior, you focus on learning, supporting, and gradually taking ownership of functional activities.

Your daily activities will include:

• Help users with questions & quick guides;
• Analyse issues and support system fixes;
• Improve processes and spot automation ideas;
• Assisting in rollouts, testing, and documentation;
• Learn fast, grow fast, work with senior experts.

Do you have what it takes?

• A completed bachelor's or master's degree (preferably in IT, Business Administration, or similar);
• At the start of your career (0-3 years of experience);
• Interest in business applications and processes (Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience is a plus).
• Growth Mindset: Curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask "why?";;
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset;
• You speak English fluently (Dutch is a bonus);
• Based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here;
• Open to occasional international travel.

Where you'll work

In this role, you will work for the Corporate IT /Flow! team based in Rijswijk, the Netherlands. You will report to the Ecert Lead.
