As an Implementation Consultant & Trainer Cloud Software at Aram Group, you will enable companies to experience the power of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). You translate opportunities into results, connect technology with strategy, and help customers make real progress in implementing cloud solutions for planning, resource, and risk management in technical projects. You advise and build dashboards in both OPC and Microsoft Power BI. You independently provide training, develop course materials, and enjoy working in a team.

Responsibilities

• Implementing and configuring Oracle Primavera Cloud for various customers
• Analyzing business processes and translating them into optimal software design
• Integrating systems via web services
• Developing reports and dashboards (OPC and PowerBi)
• Guiding customers through change management and increasing user acceptance
• Providing training courses, workshops, and advisory services
• Developing and optimizing course materials
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver comprehensive solutions

Qualifications

• Completed higher professional education (technical, business administration, or IT)
• Passion for knowledge transfer and teaching
• Experience with implementing cloud software, preferably Oracle Primavera Cloud or similar
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, and Python is a plus.
• Knowledge of web services, reporting, and process analysis
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Able to guide organizations through change
• Fluent in Dutch and English
