Cloud & Infrastructure Operations Engineer - NL Based

• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux/Unix servers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency using tools like Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues proactively, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to understand infrastructure needs and provide technical support for systems and platforms.
• Oversee the lifecycle management of systems and software, including upgrades, patching, and decommissioning, to maintain system integrity and security.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the team.

• 5-7 years as a Linux administrator/infrastructure engineer.
• Great communication skills and ability to communicate well with senior stakeholders.
• Independent and able to take full ownership.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux distributions (Debian, Red Hat, etc.).
• Strong skills in shell scripting (Bash, PHP, Ruby, Python, GoLang).
• Practical experience with tools like Puppet, CI/CD, and Git.
• Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
• Knowledge of services such as Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, and Elastic Stack.
• Familiarity with security protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP, and Radius.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS) and SAN storage configurations is a plus.
