Product Owner - Order Management Systems

Your responsibilities will include:

• Establishing and updating the product roadmap for the order management system in line with business objectives;
• Working closely with stakeholders from Sales, IT, Logistics, and external partners to prioritize and implement impactful solutions;
• Guiding agile teams to create robust, scalable products that enhance user experiences;
• Ensuring technical excellence through comprehensive documentation, organized testing, active monitoring, and data integrity;
• Continuously refining the order management workflow and responding effectively to unexpected issues or emergencies.

• Over 5 years of experience in product, project, or program management, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or IT sectors
• Prior experience with Order Management Systems
• A strong understanding of IT and order management processes, with hands-on experience in technical settings
• Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and enterprise service buses; knowledge of Commercial Cloud is highly advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in Agile environments, ideally as a Product Owner or in a comparable position
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a proven track record of influencing across various departments.
