If you are a specialist in data analysis and provide customized reporting services, we would love to hear from you!
The Reporting Developer Data Warehouse works within the bank-wide (Data Insight / DI) Data Warehouse. As a Developer Data Warehouse Domain Team, you and your domain scrum team are responsible for creating and managing reports. This involves either so-called 'Regulatory Reporting' to supervisory authorities or internal reports with management information for our internal business partners. The data warehouse is still under development, and the teams are in the midst of a transition from a traditional data warehouse (DI 1.0) to a data platform based on mesh principles (DI 2.0).
All active reports are currently live on DI 1.0. Further development on 1.0 only concerns necessary developments that we cannot (yet) deliver quickly enough on DI 2.0. As far as possible, all new reports will be implemented on DI 2.0. For the management and necessary further development of DI 1.0 reports, we need ETL/BI developers with knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, SSIS and SSRS. For DI 2.0, knowledge of Power BI and Azure Synapse, among others, is required. Experience with or interest in finance and financial reports is also important.
As a Reporting Developer Data Warehouse, you will be part of the Delivery department within BNG's COO column. Our COO column is responsible for all ICT and facility services within the bank.
The Delivery department consists of approximately 130 employees and 16 scrum teams. Four of these teams are organised around the Data Warehouse (DHW) platform. Three teams focus on the realisation of specific reports and insights. The fourth team is primarily concerned with the necessary interface definition and the realisation of the DI 2.0 platform, which is based on Azure, Synapse and Databricks.
