Customer Onboarding Consultant

What are we looking for?
To help customers get the most out of this network, we are looking for a Customer Onboarding Consultant with a strong technical foundation and a customer-focused mindset. In this role, you are the key link between our commercial teams, support, consultancy, and customers. You guide the entire onboarding process and ensure that our Self Connect solution and other Onetrail services are perfectly configured.
What will you do?
In this role, you will make a real impact on how customers organize their supply chains. You will:
- Guide new customers through the technical onboarding process on the Onetrail platform.
- Implement and configure our Self Connect solution and other Onetrail services.
- Advise customers and prospects during pre-sales on the technical added value of our solutions.
- Provide periodic consultancy to help customers optimize their use of our products.
- Support the sales team with complex technical questions.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, independently or together with specialists.
- Write and maintain documentation such as manuals, work instructions, and process descriptions.
- Actively contribute to knowledge sharing and help continuously improve our information resources.
What do you bring?
Professional and intellectual capacities at an academic level;
Must-haves:
- You enjoy speaking with customers and finding the right technical solutions.
- Excellent command of both Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with troubleshooting.
- A sense of ownership and responsibility for delivering results.
- Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience with data exchange, onboarding processes, or EDI integrations.
Nice-to-haves:
- Knowledge of purchasing and sales processes.
- Technical knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, Edifact, JetBrains, APIs, REST, or SOAP.
- Commercial affinity.
- Experience in the IT sector, for example with a distributor or within a supply-chain organization.
- Knowledge of German and/or French.
