What will you do?

As our OutSystems Tech Lead, you'll be the driving force behind our back-office applications. You lead the design, development and maintenance of impactful systems. At the same time, you provide technical direction and coach your teammates: developers, a tester and a product owner. Together, you create smart, stable solutions that improve our internal operations. You'll report directly to our Head of Product & Tech and work closely with colleagues across the company. In this role, you're not just a tech lead - you're also a connector and innovator.

Who are you?

• You hold a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field
• You have extensive experience with OutSystems
• You've worked at least 1 year in a Tech Lead role
• You have strong technical skills in architecture patterns and solution design
• You're excited to work in a startup environment (or allergic to corporate sluggishness)
• Experience in the energy sector is a plus
• You're fluent in both English and Dutch, written and spoken
• You're based in the Utrecht area (Netherlands)
