Jouw taken

Als Consultant van myneva help je jouw klanten de juiste keuze te maken. Klanten bouwen op jou vanwege je inhoudelijke expertise, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en je vermogen om snel te schakelen. Jij weet de klantbehoefte te doorgronden, zodat je dit kunt vertalen naar de myneva software. Je adviseert, begeleidt en ondersteunt bij de inrichting van ons Elektronisch Cliënten Dossier (ECD).

Jouw werk bestaat uit het bespreken van werkprocessen met de klant, mee te denken waar het efficiënter kan en de vertaling te maken naar de inrichting van myneva. Je vraagt door, denkt mee met de klant en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste (management)informatie uit myneva gehaald kan worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor gedegen implementaties van myneva. Je onderhoudt de relatie met je klanten door ze op locatie te bezoeken of door het verrichten van werkzaamheden op afstand.

Je werkt zelfstandig met de klant of in een projectteam met andere consultants en/of specialisten. Jij bent innovatief en weet als geen ander wat de laatste trends & ontwikkelingen binnen de zorg en op IT-gebied zijn en draagt deze kennis ook over aan je klanten en collega's. Dit alles doe je op een vanzelfsprekende wijze door je betrokkenheid, nieuwsgierigheid en je natuurlijke talent om de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.

Jouw profiel

Jij bent:

• Een gesprekspartner voor onze klanten, weet je in te leven in hun werkprocessen en behoeften en adviseert hen proactief.
• Zelfstandig, representatief, gedreven, resultaatgericht, communicatief en flexibel.
• Bereid naar verschillende locaties in Nederland te reizen.

Daarnaast heb je:

• Een afgeronde relevante Bachelor of Master opleiding.
• Minimaal 1-3 jaar relevante werkervaring, bijvoorbeeld in een vergelijkbare consultancy functie met ervaring op het vlak van procesmanagement.
• Een uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift.
• Ervaring met het zelfstandig uitvoeren van ICT-implementaties is een pré
• Affiniteit met en kennis van de ECD-markt is een pré.

Your mission

As a Consultant at myneva you help your customers make the right choice. Customers rely on you for your substantive expertise, sense of responsibility and ability to adapt quickly. You know what the customer needs so that you can translate them into myneva software. You advise, guide and support the setup of our Electronic Client Dossier (ECD).

Your work consists of discussing work processes with the customer, thinking about where it could be more efficient and translate this into the design of myneva. You ask questions, think along with the customer and ensure that the correct (management) information can be extracted from myneva. You are responsible for thorough implementations of myneva. You maintain the relationship with your customers by visiting them on location or by performing work remotely.

You work independently with clients or in a project team with other consultants and/or specialists. You are innovative and know better than anyone else what the latest trends & developments are within healthcare and in the IT field and also transfer this knowledge to your clients and colleagues. You do all this naturally through your involvement, curiosity and your natural talent for setting the right priorities.

Your profile

You are:

• A conversation partner for our clients, know how to empathize with their work processes and needs and advise them proactively.
• Independent, representative, driven, result-oriented, communicative and flexible.
• Willing to travel to different locations in the Netherlands.

In addition, you have:

• A completed relevant Bachelor or Master education.
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience, for example in a similar consulting position with experience in process management.
• An excellent command of the Dutch language both verbally and in writing.
• Experience with the independent execution of ICT implementations is an advantage.
• Affinity with and knowledge of the ECD market is a plus.
