The team is dedicated to realizing a smart, automated network, where collaboration with various stakeholders is crucial.

This is what you will do:

• Lead the strategy, development, and operation of network automation;
• Manage and coach a team of 10+ professionals, focusing on both technical and personal development;
• Monitor market developments and translate innovations into a forward-looking strategy;
• Manage the application landscape and oversee the phasing out of legacy applications;
• Create a uniform development standard based on modern technologies, such as C#/.NET.

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant technical field;
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and mentoring development/IT teams.
• Technical knowledge of network architecture, automation, IP networks, infrastructure and hosting environments, CI/CD pipelines, AI technologies, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and ITIL processes, software engineering principles and tooling;
• Excellent communication skills - able to switch from technical teams to executive level;
• Experience with cloud-native applications and microservices architectures;
• Affinity for AI-driven automation and digital operations platforms.
