Job description

At Faslet, we are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring that we deliver real value to our customers and stakeholders. You will be the link between business needs and development teams, translating vision into actionable backlog items and making sure priorities are clear.

What You'll Do

Own the product backlog: define, prioritize, and refine user stories.

Align with stakeholders to ensure business goals are translated into product requirements.

Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure smooth delivery.

Maintain a clear product vision and communicate it effectively across the company.

Monitor performance, gather feedback, and continuously improve the product.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to break down complex problems into simple, actionable steps.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B software.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in analytics.
• Background in UX/Design.
