Business Analyst - Manufacturing Systems

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3+ years of experience in manufacturing systems to join The Magnum Ice Cream Company (part of Unilever). This is a 1-year temporary assignment with potential extension, focusing on SAP S/4HANA deployment, MES integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end process design.

Description

Process & Functional Expertise

• Understand core manufacturing processes including production planning, execution, quality management, and logistics integration.
• Document manufacturing functionality and integrations across SAP S/4HANA, MES, and shop floor systems.

System & Data Analysis

• Ensure SAP S/4HANA and MES configurations support effective manufacturing processes.
• Map data requirements, flows, and define transformation logic between ERP, MES, and reporting tools.

Integration & Design Support

• Support end-to-end integration design and documentation across SAP and connected platforms.
• Collaborate with architects to ensure data flow consistency and assist in testing integration scenarios.

Documentation, Testing & Training

• Produce clear documentation including process flows, functional specs, data mapping sheets, and test scripts.
• Support UAT execution and deliver training sessions for business and IT teams.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as a bridge between business SMEs and technical teams, translating manufacturing needs into system specifications.
• Collaborate with supply chain, IT, and data governance teams to ensure alignment on requirements.

Profile

• You live in the Netherlands
• Immediately available
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
• Fluent English, Dutch is a plus
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, MES integrations, or similar platforms is highly desirable
• 3+ years' experience as a Systems or Business Analyst in manufacturing IT systems, data integration, or ERP implementation
• Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master) is advantageous

Job Offer

• Salary between €4500 - €6500 based on 40h and experience
