What will you do?

In this role, you are the link between the sales team and management. You drive sales, ensure an outstanding customer experience, and maintain the store’s appearance in line with brand standards. This is a great opportunity to grow towards store management within an international organization. Your responsibilities include:

• Motivating and coaching the sales team to achieve targets together
• Ensuring optimal store presentation according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Implementing and improving store processes
• Taking the lead in the absence of the Assistant or Store Manager
• Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and energetic work atmosphere

What are we looking for?

• Experience in retail and team leadership
• Hands-on mentality and customer-focused approach
• Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
• Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems
• Flexible availability (including weekends, evenings and holidays)
• Passion for coaching, team development, and the TNF brand
