We're looking for a dynamic and empathetic team lead to guide a cross-functional group of developers, analysts, and product owners. - You lead a cross-functional team of frontend, backend, and full stack developers, alongside business analysts and product owners.
- You create an environment where collaboration thrives and high performance is the norm.
- You coach and mentor both technical and non-technical team members, supporting their growth and development.
- You conduct performance reviews, facilitate talent conversations, and set clear yearly objectives that drive progress.
- You manage team availability, approve holiday requests, and oversee planning to ensure smooth operations.
- You foster a positive, inclusive, and safe team culture where everyone feels valued and empowered.
- You work closely with project managers, senior technical leads, and stakeholders to ensure delivery excellence and continuous improvement.
- You support agile process enhancements and ITIL-based governance, and you assist in resolving critical operational issues when needed.
- You proactively report to management on team progress and challenges.
What you need to succeed:
- You are passionate about people leadership and team development.
- You communicate clearly, build bridges across teams, and are empathetic and approachable, yet assertive when needed.
- You are comfortable with making difficult decisions under pressure.
- You are familiar with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- You're fluent in English and always ready to go the extra mile.
- Having worked with Jira, Scrum, or project management tools is a plus as well as having experience as Scrum Master or technical lead.
