As a consultant at Accenture Technology, you will work side-by-side with colleagues to support Financial Services organizations in the insurance industry in becoming 'high-performance' organizations. • Processes You will be involved in gathering requirements, design and/or implement technology best practices and supporting business and challenge existing ways of working and implement improvements where necessary with a focus on the delivery of large and complex (IT)projects.
• Technology You will work with different delivery techniques such as agile, scrum, SAFe and DevOps.
• Data You will have roles in programs and in project delivery which aim to improve data, but you will also use data in order improve current processes and IT architectures.

Here's what you'll need

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree
• More than 3 years of relevant work experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, specifically in the area of FEC AML/KYC
• A background in an IT environment
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Bonus points if you have

• A critical view on standardizing business processes as much as possible
• Affinity with the Financial Services industry and technology and specifically with the banking industry
• Good command of Dutch
