Job description

As a Data Analyst, you play a crucial role in translating sales data into well-founded recommendations. By analyzing customer behavior, sales results, and market trends, you provide the organization with data-driven insights that guide strategic decisions. With your analyses, you identify commercial opportunities, improve processes, and support decision-making, enabling the organization to achieve its objectives based on facts and figures.

• You collect, structure, and analyze sales data

• You develop reports and dashboards that provide insights into revenue, margins, and targets

• Based on historical and current data, you identify trends, anomalies, and commercial opportunities, which you translate into concrete recommendations

• You analyze the performance of sales staff, products, and regions, and compare these with predefined KPIs and targets

• You provide explanations and improvement proposals for deviations

• You support pricing strategies, customer segmentation, and product positioning with data-driven insights

• You forecast sales trends and contribute to forecasting processes

• You make complex analyses understandable and present clear insights to stakeholders such as marketing, procurement, finance, management, and other teams

Job requirements

A bachelor's degree in (technical) business administration, economics, data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, or econometrics
