As a Business Analyst with Randstad Digital, you’ll take on stimulating assignments with top-tier organizations such as Bol, Ahold, Daf, ABN, ING, KPN, ASML, Wolters Kluwer, the Municipality of The Hague, UWV, and ministries including Infrastructure and Water Management and Finance. Your tasks may differ based on the specific project.

Preferably, you have developed your expertise within major enterprises across sectors like finance, telecom, automotive, high-tech, logistics, or consulting. Alternatively, your experience may come from working with government bodies, healthcare institutions, or educational organizations. You thrive on diverse challenges and are eager to contribute your expertise with others.

• You hold a completed HBO or WO degree
• You bring at least 2 years of recent, hands-on experience as a business analyst
• You have strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
• You're familiar with frameworks and methodologies like BPMN, Agile/SCRUM, and LEAN
• Ideally, you also hold relevant certifications such as BiSL, Agile/Scrum, Archimate, BCS Practitioner, or TOGAF or you’re open to earning them through our support

• We offer a competitive monthly salary of up to €5,800, based on your education and experience.
• To support your remote work needs, you'll receive a €750 budget to create a comfortable and efficient home office setup.
• In addition, you’ll receive 8.33% holiday pay calculated on your gross annual income and earn five weeks of vacation each full year.
• Depending on your assignment, you may also qualify for a thirteenth-month salary or performance-based bonus.
• We reward successful referrals with a €1,500 bonus.
