Bought the Sony 70200G with €100 sony rebate to follow. I chose this lens instead of the 24105G4 and Tamron 2875f2.8 which both felt like kit lenses. I also bought a Zeiss2470f4 which was way cheaper than the Tamron and I'm dammed if I would pay more for a tamron over a sony zeiss regardless of Youtube reviews. Mine is excellent. I chose to trade in my old camera gear instead of selling to a buyer on Maarktplats. There was little difference and not enough to put up with the frustrations of the people you find on the second hand market. No risk.

Made sure lenses where available for me to try out and were able to tell me the date the lens I bought came out from the supply chain.
