We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst for our Customer Support team based in Amsterdam. We are looking for a positive and assertive team player who has a strong desire to succeed in a technically challenging, customer and team oriented environment.
What you are going to do?
As a Support Analyst you will work with our customers the world over, making sure they continue to get value out of their investment in the product. You will participate in the Uniface community, helping out and advising on best ways of using the Uniface development environment and deploying the Uniface runtime environment in often complex environments. You will keep track and maintain the support records in accordance with company processes and procedures. You will be expected to analyze Uniface product issues thoroughly before handing them over to Product Development for resolution.
As well as working with our customers, you will be interacting with Development staff, participating in our Agile development teams by discussing possible ways of resolution of issues, preparing test-sets and carrying out tests.
