Who are we looking for?

Simuleon is looking for a driven and technical-commercial colleague for 40 hours per week. You will be working from our office most of the time, but working from your own place is possible. You are a highly motivated personality with good commercial senses, are proactive, persuasive and a good listener on such a way, that you are capable of transitioning technical challenges from customers into commercial opportunities.

In order to fulfil the role of Account Manager within Simuleon, your education degree is at least on BSc level with a technical-commercial background, like: Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Aerospace & Engineering, and have at least 3-years relevant sales experience in a technical environment. Our new colleague is able to communicate fluently in Dutch and English, verbally as well as written.

Role & responsibilities:

The following roles and responsibilities are applying to this particular job:

  • Maintain and expand a well-established relationship with our customers
  • Creation of commercial opportunities with existing customers.
  • Visiting customers with the technical consultants
  • Reaching defined sales targets
  • Creation of quotes and business proposals, and update sales opportunities in Salesforce CRM
  • Delivery and follow-up of software licenses
  • Active contribution at tradeshows, events and workshops
