Your Role as

As an , you will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and executing diverse HR activities across Personnel Management, Compensation & Benefits, Training & Development, and Recruitment & Selection. You'll act as an HR expert, advising managers and employees while implementing policies aligned with organizational goals, the People and Culture Strategy and best practices. Your proactive and hands-on approach will ensure efficient operations and high-quality results.

• HR Coordination and Execution : Manage daily HR operations and coordinate projects to achieve organizational goals in collaboration with team members and external partners.
• Advisory and Support : Provide HR consultancy to managers and employees on topics like Hr policies, performance management, conflict resolution, and change management.
• Performance and Development Management : Organize performance evaluations and implement development programs to foster employee growth and satisfaction.
• Compliance and Reporting : Ensure adherence to labor laws, maintain accurate HR data, and produce reports for key stakeholders.
• Compensation and Benefits : Guide on salary structures, manage employment contracts, and ensure alignment with labor regulations.

What you should bring with you

You are a driven HR professional with excellent communication and organizational skills. With your strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities, you excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience : At least 3 years in a similar HR role (e.g., HR Coordination, Compensation & Benefits, HR Advisor)
• Education : A Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Skills : Proficiency in HR software and advanced Excel; in depth understanding of labor laws and HR compliance; strong ability in prioritization and time management.
• Languages : Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

• Experience in digitalizing HR processes and setting up HR KPIs.
• Knowledge in working with ADP and/or Workday
• Proven ability to manage HR projects and drive organizational change.
• A hands-on mentality and a detail-oriented approach to HR operations.

Als Recruitment Specialist is jouw takenpakket tweeledig.

Enerzijds ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige rekruteringsproces van a tot z.

• Je gaat in gesprek met de hiring managers om het profiel van de geschikte kandidaat zo goed mogelijk in kaart te kunnen brengen;
• Opmaken en publiceren van vacatureteksten op diverse kanalen;
• Screenen van kandidaten: je onderzoekt graag de drijfveren, je test zowel de technische competenties als de soft skills, maar ook de culturele match met Bakker en onze waarden;
• Proactief op zoek gaan naar geschikte kandidaten via verschillende kanalen en tools (VDAB, LinkedIn, CVWarehouse, …);
• Je bent de link tussen de kandidaat en betrokken afdelingsmanagers, maar ook met onze externe uitzend- en selectiekantoren;
• Deelnemen aan verschillende jobevents, beurzen,…;
• Partnership met scholen verder uitbouwen.

Anderzijds til je onze employer branding naar een hoger niveau.

• Je bent samen met het marketingteam verantwoordelijk voor de uitrol van employer branding van Bakker Belgium;
• Je gaat op een creatieve manier aan de slag om recruitment content te ontwikkelen;
• Analyseren van wervingsdata en rapporteren van de resultaten.

In jouw functie werk je nauw samen met het recruitment team van Nederland en het marketing team.

• In het bezit van minimaal een bachelor diploma;
• Je kan terugblikken op minimaal 5 jaren ervaring binnen werving en selectie (waarvan ervaring als corporate recruiter);
• Je bent gedreven in het searchen van kandidaten. LinkedIn en andere recruitmentkanalen kennen dan ook geen geheimen voor jou;
• Je hebt al reeds succesvolle employer branding initiatieven opgezet;
• Je bent een uitstekende communicator, hebt een commerciële flair, en haalt energie uit netwerken;
• Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en kan vlot organiseren en plannen;
• Je bent oplossingsgericht, flexibel, creatief en kan goed inspelen op onverwachte situaties.
