Logistics Technical Support

Are you a motivated 1st Line Technical Support Analyst looking for a new challenge? Join our team in Hoofddorp! In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering technical support to our internal users. With around one year of experience in a dynamic IT environment, this is an exciting opportunity to make an impact. You will be responsible for resolving IT issues and playing an active role in enhancing our IT infrastructure.

Omschrijving

• Handling and resolving first-line incidents ;
• Configuring and maintaining hardware and software ;
• Keeping documentation and knowledge databases up to date ;
• Managing tickets through the online ticketing system ;
• Collaborating with the IT team to resolve complex issues ;
• Remote support experience ;
• Cyber Security Awareness ;
• Experience working in a high call volume environment.

Functie-eisen

• You are living in the Randstad ;
• You have a valid working permit to work in the Netherlands ;
• You have successfully completed an MBO level 3-4 education in IT is desirable ;
• Having a driver's license is a must ;
• Having at least one year of work experience in a windows-based environment at a service desk or as an on-site engineer is a plus ;
• Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, a proactive attitude, and the ability to perform well under pressure are required ;
• Basic knowledge of ITIL processes and methodologies is desired/advantageous ;
• Certifications such as Windows/Microsoft are a plus.
