The primary purpose of this position is to administer, support, analyze and manage the pace and impact of information technology change on people and processes. As a Field Services Analyst, you deliver IT services on a local level to ensure optimal workstation performance and act as next level escalation point. You will also troubleshoot problem areas (in person, by telephone, or via remote access) in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where required. Last but not least, you are thorough in documenting the situational facts, activities, communication and agreements during troubleshooting activities.
Approximately 5 times a year you will have call out services for the duration of 1-week 24/7. This responsibility might have a small impact on your private life and is something you should consider.
The responsibilities of the team are for the European headquarters in Rotterdam and for our production sites (Botlek, Maasvlakte and Moerdijk).

Aside from being part of a team some of the tasks and responsibilities require that you can manage independently, while being pro-active and self-motivated.
