Are you the eager, ambitious and promising Project Leader Software Development that we are looking for? Do you want to work on challenging software projects in a high-tech environment? The biggest projects within Prodrive Technologies are in our software cluster for internal and external customers.

Your main responsibility is motivating and coaching your software project teams of up to 25 project members. You make sure they are completely facilitated to reach the project goals in time, with the right quality. You plan your projects according to Prodrive's based on your own insights, supported by our in-house developed project management tooling. You are free to use project management methods and programming languages depending on the project.

Next to this you make sure you stay in close contact with our customers, to make sure that the outcomes of your project meet the expectations of the customer.

Profile

• • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering
• • Proven working experience as a project leader
• • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

3. We will set you up for a personal interview to ask you difficult questions about yourself. Afterwards, others will ask you some more difficult questions about your expertise. We will immediately decide if we will make you an offer after the interviews.
4. When there's enough time left, we will discuss employment conditions directly after the interviews.
