To complete the team, we are looking for an experienced IT Support Analyst for our Client Support team located in Amsterdam. A positive and self-confident team player who has a strong desire to succeed in a technically challenging, client and team oriented environment.
What will your role be within the team?
As a Support Analyst you will work with our customers the world over, making sure they continue to get value out of their investment in the product. You will participate im the Uniface community, helping out and advising on best ways of using the Uniface development environment and deploying the Uniface runtime environment in oftern complec environments.
You will keep track and maintain the support records in accordance with company processes and procedures. You will be expected to analyse Uniface product issues thoroughly before handing them over to Product Development for resolution.
As well as working with our customers, you will be interacting with Development staff, participating in our Agile development teams by discussing possible ways of resolution of issues, preparing test-sets and carrying out tests.
