Function

Eekels | TBI is looking for a Project Leader Service for the Zaandam location. As a Project Leader Service, you will lead project teams and be responsible for multiple (international) service and refit projects in yacht building as well as expanding our customer portfolio. As a Project Leader Service, you are the face of the Service department within the Yachting business unit and you will actively contribute to the further growth of our organization. You will open new doors and maintain long-term relationships with shipyards and yacht yards.

What is expected of you?

The Business Unit Yachting is one of the largest electrical system integrators within the Dutch yacht building industry and is active in the top segment of Dutch yacht building.

The Service, Refit and Maintenance department of the business unit Yachting consists of 15 employees in the Netherlands and 12 employees in Spain. They fulfill the functions of project leader, (service) mechanic and engineer. Our service department carries out service and maintenance activities on our own systems, but also on third-party systems. In addition, we carry out refit projects. In addition to the department in the Netherlands (Zaandam), a Spanish service location was set up two years ago with an office in Barcelona and an office in Palma de Mallorca.

Experience

Do you recognize yourself in this profile?

• Bachelor level and knowledge of electrical engineering;
• Several years of relevant experience, preferably in shipbuilding;
• Ability to work well with others and have (commercially oriented) communication skills;
• Goal-oriented team player with a helicopter view;
• A good command of Dutch and English.
