Dev_ real estate is a young player in project development and strategic real estate consulting. Our core areas? Project development, real estate and workplace consultancy, and project management. We operate across various sectors - from retail to offices, and from hospitality to housing. Our project development clients? From Van Zadelhoff to Timeless Investments, and from AroundTown to Egeria. We develop new construction projects and transform real estate into attractive, welcoming places where people love to be. We do this for ourselves as Dev_, but also for property owners and developers.

Your responsibilities as a (senior) developer?
• Independently managing projects
• And more importantly: leading all project team members, both internal and external
• Aligning with clients at steering committee and executive level
• Building and maintaining your own professional network
• Acquisition
• Actively contributing to Dev_ - from sharing expertise to supporting team development
