CAN YOU HELP OUT THE PEOPLE BEHIND RUGBY CLUB GRONINGEN? We can use all the help we can get, please indicate below in which area you have knowledge or what your passion is? Good to read that you have specific knowledge, where would you like to use this knowledge? Or do you want to do something outside your field? You can indicate this below. Bar Committee Are you looking for new social contacts and do you want to help the bar committee? And also learn new skills, such as pouring beer and making small dishes?

Then there is no better place than the bar and kitchen of Rugby Club Groningen. You will work behind the bar, provide drinks/meals and have a chat, so everyone feels welcome.

You can choose which hours you work and you help the bar committee members, with or without professional knowledge, it will certainly be a good experience.

Internal and External communication Develop your communication skills. We communicate with our 300+ members through various media channels. Do you have a good grasp of these various media and can you write suitable texts for, for example, our social media channels,

newsletters, press releases and flyers. Register and develop your communication skills, and help the members of our communication committee.

Guiding the future, Youth guidance Do you get satisfaction from guiding young people, not only in their sport, but especially in their social development? Do you enjoy actively promoting rugby norms and values: Respect, Discipline and Camaraderie?

Then register, you support the trainers during training, you guide the players during matches and provide the team kit and balls. You talk to parents and players so that everyone feels at home.

Before you can supervise children at RCG, you need a Certificate of Good Conduct, the members of youth affairs will arrange this together with you.

Sponsorship Do you want to gain an interesting and educational experience, improve your communication skills and financial insights, by providing essential income for the club? The members of the sponsorship committee

need help! Do you enjoy contacting potential sponsors, entering into discussions and representing the interests of current sponsors? Sign In! You are not going to work alone

involve recruiting sponsors for financing, but also activities such as sponsoring products/materials such as club clothing and better use/exploitation of the clubhouse.

Organizers Do you want to be able to fully utilize your organizational talent? To increase your expertise and develop your talents? We are looking for people who want to support the members of the board, logistically and administratively.

You manages incoming emails and forwards them to the right people within RCG. During the monthly board meeting you help improve the organization within RCG. You are organizational and administratively strong,

you work in a structured way and you like an overview. You work from home and are willing to commit 2 hours a week and you support the RCG Respect, Discipline and Camaraderie philosophy. Sign In!

Grounds(wo)men Do you like neat, clean and well-organized spaces? Then help the members of the clubhouse management with keeping our historic "Grounds" in order. We have a small clubhouse and many members, this means that every

square meters must be properly utilized and maintained. Can you help with this? then join the heroes behind the scenes, the groundsmen and groundswomen of RCG.
