Over wat precies? Ik noem een aantal dingen.

Het grappige is dan ook dat zij zeggen dat je nooit iemands telefoonnummer mag gebruiken tenzij je toestemming heb. De realiteit is dat niemand dit doet.
Ik vraag me dan ook heel erg af of dit wel voldoende is, natuurlijk zijn bedrijven niet verantwoordelijk voor wat gebruikers doen, maar wanneer je hele concept gebasseerd is op het feit dat je in 1 keer je hele telefoonboek deel en daar ook de optie voor geef (als ik het correct heb), dan vraag ik me echt af of ze dan niet medeplichtig of zelfs gewoon verantwoordelijk hiervoor zijn. Immers hebben heel veel mensen dit niet gelezen (dit zou dan toch duidelijk aangegeven moeten worden) plus dan zouden ze het niet zo aantrekkelijk moeten maken om even alles te delen.

-> Dus als je hun site gebruikt, loggen ze wat je er mee doet. Tweakers.net doet dat ook hoor ;-)

Ik mag hopen dat Tweakers niet alles doet loggen wat wij doen.
whenever you visit any website slaat alleen op wat je web browser altijd doet als je een willekeurige site bezoekt. Dit is om aan te geven dat het algemeen normaal gedrag is, Niet dat ze informatie opslaan bij het bezoeken van elke website! Ze hebben het toch echt alleen over de servers van hun site en services. Je browser stuurt niet zomaar alle informatie over je complete internetgebruik naar alle websites die er zijn of openstaan.
Om dat te kunnen zouden ze zo ongeveer een virus/trojan horse moeten installeren. Ze zeggen ook niet dat ze ook maar iets actief opvragen van je systeem. daarvoor moeten ze toch echt wel meer moeite doen. Dit gaat meer om ip adres type en versie webbrowser of client en mischien wat algemene gegevens van je besturingssysteem of systeeminformatie. Dat doet vrijwel elke profesionele website om inzicht te krijgen in hun bezoekers. verder gebruiken ze het ip adres om te kijken bij welke isp je zit en een idee over waar ergens je woont op een grof niveau. Je ip adres is een wezenlijk onderdeel van je internet verbinding en als je die niet wilt prijsgeven moet je maar een anonieme proxy gaan gebruiken.
