Nvidia heeft nieuwe bèta-GeForce/Ion-drivers uitgebracht. De drivers dragen versienummer 313.95 en zijn geschikt voor Windows XP, Vista, en 7 en 8, met zoals gebruikelijk aparte downloads voor 32bit- en 64bit-omgevingen. Deze uitgave moet vooral de prestaties in de open bèta van het spel Crysis 3 verbeteren. In het gunstigste geval, met verschillende grafische kaarten in de pc, loopt de winst op tot wel 35 procent. Ook andere spellen, waaronder Assassin’s Creed III, Civilization V en Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, profiteren van deze uitgave.

An essential update for gamers jumping into the Crysis 3 Open Beta, 313.95 beta improves multi-GPU performance in Crytek’s sci-fi shooter by up to 35%, and ensures maximum compatibility with the game’s work-in-progress code on all systems.
Other highlights include sizeable SLI and single-GPU performance gains of up to 27% in Assassin’s Creed III, 19% in Civilization V, 14% in Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, 14% in DiRT 3, 11% in Just Cause 2, 10% in Deus Ex: Human Revolution, 10% in F1 2012, and 10% in Far Cry 3.
Rounding out the release is a SLI profile for the newly released DmC: Devil May Cry, and an updated profile for the free-to-play, third-person co-op shooter, Warframe.
