WinPatrol 9.7.4.0

WinPatrol houdt het systeem in de gaten, waardoor deze sneller en stabieler zijn werk kan doen. Het detecteert en stopt spy-, ad- en malware, virusaanvallen, kwaadaardige Internet Explorer-addons en voorkomt startpagina-hijacks. Daarnaast worden nog een aantal andere zaken in de gaten gehouden, waaronder de op de pc draaiende processen, het hosts-bestand en de bestandsextensies. Versie 9.7.4.0 is sinds kort beschikbaar met de volgende veranderingen:

Version 9.7.4.0:

• New detection of serious new threats provides automatic removal of multiple infections
• Fixed: "is" was missing from a text message in the Info dialog
• Fixed: In some cases the Disabled Startup folder was created in the root directory.

Version 9.7.3.1:

• Fixed: Win98 PLUS users were not getting all the new Startup entries
• Fixed: Topmost flag was set so WinPatrol was blocking PLUS Info in browser.

Version 9.7.3.0:

• Improved handling of repeating infiltration so instead of multiple alerts
