SENIOR E-BANKING PROJECT MANAGER / THE NETHERLANDS

Shell's global e-Banking service is used to make payments by over 550 legal entities across the globe and connects to 45 ERP systems. It has around 1,000 users in over 52 countries and operates around the clock.

As Senior e-Banking Project Manager, you'll ensure the successful implementation of e-Banking. Analysing requirements and gaps through managing workshops, you'll mediate between business, legal and technical requirements, Global SAP design, and e-Banking standards.

Working closely with the cash and treasury management teams within Shell Treasury Operations, you'll co-ordinate testing and training activities, make sure any outstanding issues are resolved, organise support activities, report on progress and monitor budgets.

You'll need first-class interpersonal and communication skills, as you'll be providing support and advice to a number of individuals and teams. This will involve resolving SAP-based e-Banking queries, assisting with the training, coaching and development of your colleagues, and building a network of SAP related e-banking knowledge across operating units.
