Junior ICT Business Analyst

Purpose of the job

As Junior ICT Business Analyst you will be responsible for providing end-to-end ICT solutions to the business departments within MME and support for existing ICT solutions. In an environment where all operational IT activities have been outsourced, you will support the ICT Account Manager in relation to change requests, both projects and smaller requests, and support the IT processes of one or more business departments. You will provide the translation of business requirements into IT solutions; coordinate external development, support testing and ensuring seamless implementation for our business. Furthermore you will support and advice one or more departments on ICT matters in a pro-active way and where required coordinate the solution of reported problems that are escalated to the ICT Account Manager. With your understanding of the business processes in detail and your information analysis skills you support the ICT Account Manager in system pre-studies and setting up business cases. Your main fields of operation will be in the area of Vehicle Sales and Marketing.

Strong communication skills help you to communicate on all levels within the organization. As a team player you are in close contact both to the business as well as to the Account Manager and your colleague Business Analysts, the ICT Architects and the suppliers.

Your performance will be assessed on the basis of the effectiveness of the supply of solutions (timeliness, quality, budget spending) and the level of user satisfaction. The quality of your work will also be determined by how effectively the business departments use ICT (high knowledge levels, no disruptions) and by your ability to produce ICT solutions that "hit the spot".

Job requirements

Education:

- BA in IT

Professional experience:

- At least 1 year of experience in a comparable position.
- Experience in an international working environment
- 1Experience in Information Analysis and Application Management.
- Experience in the mentioned field of operation and in implementing and supporting standard packages is an advantage.
- You must currently be an EU resident and be willing to relocate to the Netherlands.
